There won't be any additional fees for shipping, customs, or duties. For orders over US$100, shipping is free. However, for orders below US$100, there is a flat fee of US$6 for shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
For in-stock items, we aim to dispatch them within 2 business days.
Do you provide tracking information?
You'll receive your tracking details within 3-5 business days. If you don't receive the email, please reach out to us at service@meetpearls.com.
Can I change my shipping address?
You may modify your shipping address before the item is dispatched by contacting us. However, once the item enters the shipping process, address changes cannot be accommodated.

My item arrived damaged; can I get a replacement?
In the rare event of receiving a damaged item that cannot be repaired, please contact us at service@meetpearls.com. Provide an accurate photo displaying the damaged item. We'll then advise whether to return the item for replacement or if you qualify for a partial refund or a new one.
